Account supervision is the crucial component to the operation of an effective guard service. The primary duties of an account supervisor are to monitor officer performance and provide training, guidance, and support. Our supervisors are selected and promoted from within the company and must have a minimum of two years service with us. Selection of an account supervisor is based on a series of evaluations including prior experience, job performance and evaluations, leadership ability, and communication skills.

Ensuring that officers in the field are meeting performance standards, Area Supervisors regularly evaluate officers at their worksites 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. These visits are unscheduled and occur at varying times to ensure that officers on duty remain alert and effective throughout their shifts.

Additionally, the corporate managers of Western Area Security take an active role in understanding, anticipating, and planning for the needs of our accounts by maintaining regular contact with client management.
