Our experience in the security industry has enabled us to be very adept at knowing when an individual is right for a particular position, or not.

Some officers are better suited to certain job sites over others. An officer may not be right for protection at a high-rise commercial property but be excellent at a distribution center.

We are seasoned at placing the right officer in the right job, getting them trained and acclimated to our client's needs, and allowing them to do their best. With plenty of oversight.

We offer our officers long-term placement, so you won’t arrive at your jobsite and find a new face every day or week. You’ll be assigned an officer that you come to know and build trust with. We want you comfortable with the staff you work with, and we make sure we hold up our end of that agreement.

Each of our officers is in possession of a current California Guard Registration Card and is trained broadly in security protocols and the powers to arrest.  We then train the officer in the specific requirements of servicing your account.
